Fabulous concept and the service went very well from order to delivery, however I would have liked to have been able to send the sweets in a hamper with a bottle of champagne, especially for special occasions. I think your company is missing out on extra sales as this is not offered, Variety and presentation is so important. I would certainly use them again.

Hi, ordered on line as usual with no problems, Beautiful jar of sweets arrived very promptly however unfortunately the wrong label was on the jar for our grandson’s Birthday. I immediately rang up and spoke to a lovely young lady who apologised for the error and assured me that a correct label would be posted first class that evening. True to her word the correct label arrived and all was good in time for our grandsons birthday. Just a small hick-up but with excellent customer service.

My cousin was thrilled to receive her jar of birthday sweeties. The sweets look fab. They are a stocking filler for my children and I'm sure they will love them. The only down side is I wish there was more space to add more in the personalised message. I wanted to put my childrens names, plus Happy Christmas love Santa but there was not enough space.
